At Ready-Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and include all original tags to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
